Frequently asked questions

Which PowerPoint files can I convert?

PPT and PPTX files up to 20 MiB and 100 slides are supported. Add up to 5 files to the queue. Password-protected, macro-enabled files and presentations with embedded objects or external resources are not supported.

Will the PDF look exactly like my slides?

The converter preserves slide order and dimensions and renders text, pictures and charts. Missing fonts and complex PowerPoint layouts can look different. Review the PDF before sharing it.

What happens to animations, video and speaker notes?

PDF is a static format. Animations, audio and video do not play in the PDF. Hidden slides are included, and speaker notes are not exported.

Are my presentations uploaded or shared publicly?

Conversion sends the selected files to our server. Temporary source and output files are removed after processing. We do not create a public link or save the files in your upload history.
